Falz aka 'Falz The Bahd Guyz' one of our fav rappers had us cracking up(still does) when he released his debut hit single 'Shakara'. We had it on replay, non-stop, all day for almost a week. All our expectations were crowned when he released his debut mixtape titled 'Shakara' last year december and we were basking in the euphoria of the bahdguyz.

Tracks like 'Mr Big Boys' had us on some maaaaad swagger with our champagne glasses, and 'Transform Ya' had us flirting with cho-co-late skin gurls. The d'banj 'gbono feli' spoof track had ur sighing 'uuummmm' and we also started contemplating why he never had a duo with Da Grin on 'Breakaway' (as in how hot would that have been). 'Something about Her ft. Chyn' was sampled form double L cool J's ol' skool track 'doin it' (not to forget Chyn totally killed it). Unfortunately, thats all!!!

When the CD player stopped, we were perplexed...not a bad effort but it was missing the most important thing, A BLOODY SENSE OF DIRECTION. We could give the excuse its just a mixtape but dats no excuse for the output on that album.

Falz was supposed to re-introduce himself on that production as a force not to be ignored, but he totally flawed it.

Hit tracks were undoubtedly 'Mr Big Boy' and the ol faithful 'Shakara'. Big ups to Falz aka 'Mr Trend-Setter', 'Mr Never Disappoint' (Oh boy you dissappoint for this mixtape o). We still luv you though and from the new tracks we're hearing coming from you, we're bound to have you back on replay ASAP
